Is this book right for my inmate and me?

I’m sure most men would find this book boring and wouldn’t last past 20 pages. As a woman’s thriller, it’s a must-read.

Very little is known about the people you pass or even look through a train window until you have lived their lives.

When I picked up this book, it was practically brand new and noticed it was from the woman’s module. The author was quoted as “Having masterfully captured a twist of suspense” so I thought I would give it a try. It was certainly a book that was targeting women readers but as i dove into it, I started to really enjoy the author’s writing style. It was suspense with everyday feelings of a woman that had betrayed by her husband. Although she seemed to have experienced other trauma symptoms after her failed relationship, i started to empathize and identify with many of her feelings. It really made me think of my own marriage and how little men sometimes identify with a woman’s inner being and their feelings about how a relationship should be managed. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and plan to read it again in the future. I will look for others by this author.
