Jailhouse Recipe / Burrito

Ingredients

  • 1 Cajun sausage (Like a giant Slim Jim)

  • 1 Bag of dehydrated, refried beans with chili

  • 1 Bag of instant rice

  • 1 Bag of sliced jalapeños

  • 2 Packs of nacho cheese

  • 1 Bag of pork grinds

  • 1 Bag of microwave popcorn

  • 1 Pack of flour tortillas

  • 1 Hot pickle

  • 1 Bag of Cheetos

Steps

  1. Using a bowl, empty the instant rice in with water to the instructed levels.

  2. Carefully open the corner of the microwave popcorn bag (un-popped). Pour the butter oil in rice and stir it thoroughly until mixed.

  3. Using a lid, microwave rice until it is cooked, for approximately 4-5 minutes

  4. Using a new bowl, mix the dehydrated beans with instructed amount of water and microwave until cooked. Don’t forget to stir periodically.

  5. While beans and rice are cooking, begin cutting pickles and sausage into small chunks

  6. Once beans and rice are cooked, it’s time to cook the sausage. Place chopped sausage in a new bowl and microwave it for 2 minutes.

  7. Once sausage is cooked, it is time to assemble the burritos. Using the tortillas, set them out into triangular shapes of three.

  8. While the beans are warm, use just a little bit of them to glue the three tortillas together.

  9. First start with a layer of rice, followed by a layer of beans. After the base of race and beans is put on the tortillas, add sausage, pickles, jalapeños, port grinds, Cheetos, and nacho cheese to your liking.

  10. Carefully roll the burrito tight. Using a piece of plastic trash bag can help in the wrapping and make it easier to reheat later if you want.
