Ingredients

Serves 2~3

  • 2 snack size bags of Dorritos

  • 1 block of cheeese

  • 1 cajun sausage

  • 1 bag of dehydrated beans and rice

  • 1 bag of slice jalapenos

  • Any left-over food, like potatoes, from lunch/dinner

    • Tip: Adding breakfast eggs is a great option!

Steps

  1. Keeping the Dorritos still in the bag, grind up the chips inside.

    • Tip: Using the edge of the hard cup work great for grinding the chips.

  2. Once ground well, add a little water at a time until you make a masa paste.

    • Tip: You can also grind up left over bread and add it to the masa to stretch it further.

  3. After masa paste is made, spread a thick layer in the bottom bowl up to the edges.

  4. Next, microwave the masa in the bowl for over a minute to stiffen it up.

  5. After taking the masa bowl out of the microwave, set it to the side while you prepare everything to go into it.

  6. Chop up the sausage jalapeno slices and cheese. Any other food you might want to include, chop it up now too.

  7. Using a new bowl, prepare the dehydrated beans and rice to the directions specific. Keep stirring as you microwave.

  8. After the beans and rice are made, fill the masa bowl for earlier.

  9. Microwave the sausage for about 2 minutes to cook it down.

  10. Once sausage is ready, add it to the beans and rice mixture in masa bowl.

  11. Next add all other food options you have except the sliced cheese.

  12. Layer the sliced cheese on top and microwave it all until the cheese is melted.

  13. Share with others and enjoy!
