He wrote this book for both believers and non-believers for those times when we feel adrift and without directions. All of us experience weakness in our faith and Dr. MGarity gives simple instructions and guidance on how not to get ‘sounded by sharks in open waters.” Using scripture and with built-in workbooks, the readers have a wonderful opportunity to bring their faith in God back into perspective. There is an emphasis on not letting worry drag you down. I highly recommend this book. It’s quick reading and put together in interesting chapters.
