Getting in better shape with no equipment needed.

Once I got to jail and had so much free time on my hands to do things I quickly turned to exercising to fill the countless hours. What I didn't realize when I began was how much getting in better physical shape would improve all other aspects of my life. Exercising allowed me to burn off extra energy, stress and gave me the chance to focus my mind. In all working out I have done it has helped my mental and emotional states in ways I never expected. I am not alone as an inmate that has found the benefits of daily exercise.

One issue for many inmates is the lack of equipment provided by the facilities to get us into shape. That is where a book like this can be very handy. Convict Conditioning was written by a former inmate and designed for people to build a workout plan while incarcerated. All of the exercises shown in the book require little to no equipment.

The book was very useful to me in my workouts because the author provides schedules and full routines targeting the whole body. I also really enjoyed how he explained the wisdom and science behind his method. I feel this would be a great book for anyone currently incarcerated tryingh to get into better shape.

My goal for us all is to find a full life change through the things we read. In order to make this change which leads to peace, health and staying ouuyt of the system we must transform all aspects of life. Physical health is a part of this life changing journey.
